My red planet was caught in the 7th house when I was born..
It’s fascinating to read your words about this “strange” placement, and the resonance with my story, and the dynamics in my relationships is really on point. But the bits at the end about not knowing how to stand up for oneself, and avoiding court cases, seemed to contradict all the other dynamics that you and Astrologers have gleaned from this placement.
I think as someone who’s in a relationship with someone who has Mars in their 7h, this statement is also true bec of their emotional instability. Before (actually until now buy he has improved a lot) if me or anyone in his family is really angry with him, he shuts himself up. He just doesn’t talk at all. Whenever we’re fighting, I just keep on blabbering and blabbering but he never replies. He just sits there all silent. Eventually I realised it’s bec he does not know how to defend himself without seeming emotional or vulnerable. It just happens with us tho (me or his fam), towards other people he can spit venom just fine if he’s pushed to the edge. lol
